As I am moving into my own apartment I am leaving my beautiful apartment in Christianshavn. The apartment is very nicely located, close to the canals in a very old beautiful building. The apartment is very big (officially 130 sqm), with two big rooms, one small room, a big living room, big kitchen and big bathroom (see photos).
The smallest room (ca. 8 sqm) for 5.500kr/month (excluding electricity, which is around 150kr a month) is getting free from 15th May, so we are now looking for someone to take over this room.
You would be living with two super open, lovely German girls, one just graduated, the other one is currently writing her thesis. The vibe in the apartment is homy, cozy and social and we are looking for someone who is up for hanging out together and open to having friends over, but of course private space is absolutely respected as well :)
The apartment is completely equipped and the room comes partly furnished with a clothing rack and possibly a dresser. Also, the bed that is in there (120x200cm, which is the maximum the room fits) can be purchased from the current tenant for a fair price. The room is small but the apartment is really big and you can of course use the common spaces as much as you want. Also, there is quite some space by the entrance with an extra cabinet, where you are welcome to store stuff, put another clothing rack etc.. We also have an attic space where we can put suitcases and so on.
