We are looking for a roommate who is easy going, responsible, friendly, tidy and likes to share a flat with others, including a four-year-old girl.
Rent is 6000 and deposit 15.000. Contract with cpr. If needed.
About the apartment: The flat is 106 m2 big. Common spaces are big and bright. 2 floors; 3 rooms in total - one on the first floor and 2 rooms on the second floor.
There is a very big roof terrasse!
The room is 10 m2 and partly furnished
On the first floor there is a shared kitchen and bathroom, common dining area and a smaller balcony.
On the second floor a big bright shared living room and two rooms.
On the third floor is the beloved private roof-terrasse :) Feel free to use it as much as you want.
We like to keep our home nice and clean, and would love for you to also take care of the flat.
All the roommates are very social and like to have a chat or a beer or occasionally a meal together. Of everyone also respect and enjoy privacy.
We are looking for 1 person (no couples) to share the flat with us (Richie, Lotte + little Daphne) and Mauro. Lotte is working in the travel industry and is sometimes away for a few days at a time for this reason. Also likes to practice capoeira and work out. Richie works in demolition and has his own small bike workshop on Nørrebro. He also loves to longboard and dj. Daphne goes to daycare.
