A little bedroom with a bed for 1 person. No guests nor friends allowed. All social life is spend outside the apt. The room available is 12 km2, sunlight, internet, a little study table, cupboard for clothes including a hanger system. I am looking for a clean, quiet, Non smoking -no drugs tennant. The bathroom and kitchen is shared. Limited space in the refrigerator. No freezer. The apartment is old (1850) and inviting for a humble charactor. 1. -1 1/2 hours cleaning pr. weak is expected from tennant due to an allready set cleaning plan, a rotation between bathroom/kitchen. I expect my privacy. I work many hours on different times and my home is where I rest, sleep and spend quiet meditative time. Conversations are kept in the tennats own room - peace between 22.00-9.00 (danish Timezone).... The room is already set with furnitures, bedlineed and towels ready from 7th november 2026 (noon).
Rent is payed the first in every month, included; kichen installations, pots & pans etc, gas, electricity, washing (if moderately ex. 1 machine a week), internet and warm/hot water for showering. Deposit is 1 month rent (5300 kr) payed on arrival day. Deposit is payed back on departure day when the room is as clean as when handed over to the tennant on arrival day. We give each other 1 month (both sides) when Tennant/Landlady would like to make other arrangements for the rented room. The Landlady needs to be informed before the 1.st in every month (1 month in advance). The apartment has a garbage seperation system. Tennant will help separate his/her own waste into the existing system. Landlady is taking care of the garbage on a daily basis. Note: Landlady is looking for a quiet tennant who is able to enjoy his/her own company whilst at home, studying or relaxing being selfsufficient meanwhile able to participate in keeping a household clean on a weekly basis. It is a responsibility being part of the household. Tennant will get an adress and be living as a housefriend. If a recidence permission is already given to the tennant from local authorities - cpr will folllow the adress registration.
