semifurnished room

Hi, I am renting out a single room in my appartment, as I am in a bit of a transition period. You will share the rest of the appartment with another couple who will be living on the other side of the hallway in a larger part of the appartment.

the room will be partly furnished (except for a bed), the rent is 6000 with everything (this includes internet, heating, gas and electricity). Of course the shelves will be emptied. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is room in the hallway for jackets and shoes.

There are three laundromats in the building with dryers, and a cheap payment system - that will be calculated each month and added to the rent (about 11,- dkk per wash)

I am renting out for a year

There is access to a large kitchen and bathroom

Bicycle can be parked in locked basement or shed
