Hello,
We are offering a cozy apartment in Copenhagen, just 6 km from City Hall Square, surrounded by beautiful green areas and lakes. Currently, four friendly male students from Denmark, Hong Kong, Japan, Chile, and Germany (aged 21-30) live here, and we are excited to welcome a new roommate.
You can register your CPR at this address, and the rental contract fully complies with Danish law. The deposit is 5,000 DKK, and the monthly rent ranges between 2,300–2,800 DKK. The only shared responsibility is keeping the apartment clean together—otherwise, you are free to live as you like. Both the room and the apartment are fully furnished, so you can move in right away.
We are looking for someone to join us for July and August 2026. The room has previously been listed on Airbnb and was even rated as the best room in Copenhagen with excellent reviews.
Pictures are available in our shared Facebook group, where you can also connect directly with current and former residents. We understand that moving into an established community can feel a bit daunting, but there is no need to worry, everyone comes from different parts of the world, and we value creating a friendly and social atmosphere together.
The only requirement is helping with cleaning the common areas. Apart from that, you are free to live as you like, and you will quickly feel at home here. Most residents leave with wonderful memories and lasting friendships.
I am the landlord and responssible for the apartment, though I currently live in Vietnam, where I work as a university lecturer.
