Room is available from 01-05-2024 for four months=3700 Kr(per month) with possibility of extension
You have equal access to bathroom and kitchen in the same way as me. The room is furnished.
The room is part of a 2-bedroom apartment.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed also.( Building rules)
The 3700kr which you will pay in rent are incl. water, heating, electricity, internet and furnished.
There will be a contract, and a so called 1 month cancel-notice of the contract from both parties, which will be stated in contract.
The apartment is not so faraway from Nørrebro train and metro station and apm100m from bus stop.
There is also a laundry room with a very reasonable price such as 17 kr pr washing
At first I will rent out rooms for 3 months, if it is good match then there is a possibility of extension.
When I'm at home, I'm chill, cooking, or reading my books.
