Room available in shared apartment

15sqm at Frederiksberg for rent.

From June 1st there is a 15sqm unfurnished room for rent for 5000 kr/ month, plus your share of the electricity bill every 3rd month (approx. 300-600DKK). In the kitchen there is a small dining area and washing machine. In addition, there is a separate closet/ storage room, ok large bathroom and spacious hallway.

First month rent + deposit is due at signing the contract. Contract is signed for 1 year with possibility for extension. Contract can be terminated by both parties with a 2 month notice.

I'm looking for a roommate (preferably female & vegan/vegetarian) of 28-35 years, student or full time work.
You must want to live clean and neatly and participate in weekly cleaning of our common areas. No smoking, pets or parties allowed in the apartment. You’re of course welcome to entertain guests in your own room as much as you want. Also please note that only the common space is shared, all the rest you need to provide yourself: pots, pans, toiletries, detergents, cleaning equipment etc.
