The room can be rented out partially furnished or non-furnished (the pieces of furniture in the photos can be changed).
The villa is situated between Lyngby and Jægersborg S-train station.
Walking distance 10 min. to both stations.
By train you will be at Nørreport in around 15 minutes.
In regards to DTU, it will only take about 15 min. by bike.
The rent is DKK 5500 per month.
Electricity, heating, water, and internet is covered by a total of DKK 1000 per month.
One month prepaid rent incl. utilities to be paid upon signature.
Security deposit is one month rent.
You will have free access to the washing machine and tumble dryer, access to the garden and bicycle parking, plus access to a fully equipped SHARED kitchen.

My French husband works in France, so we commute regularly between France and Denmark.
I speak French and English fluently.
